Business
The company's own wallet: USD and EUR accounts, invoices, payments to suppliers and the team — and you deciding who approves each payment. For companies, with KYB.
A business and personal wallet: get paid in dollars and euros, hold USDC and USDT, pay any wallet or bank account — and you choose who signs.
Apply for a walletApply online — we reply by email. KYB for companies, an ID check for individuals.
One wallet for money coming in, money going out and the money you keep.
Get paid, pay, hold, convert and decide who signs — for the company and for you.
Clients abroad pay the way they already do — by bank transfer or in stablecoins. You don't need a bank account in their country.

Stablecoin payments arrive in the asset sent.
Send stablecoins to a wallet, or dollars and euros to a bank account — yours or a supplier's.
USDC or USDT to a wallet address; dollars or euros to a bank account through licensed partners.
The amount, the rate, the fee and who has to sign — on one screen before anything leaves.
Upload a list, check every row, approve once.
Every payment shows its status until it's delivered.
Bank payouts depend on the recipient's bank and our licensed partners' checks. Stablecoins carry risk, including loss of value; they are not covered by deposit protection.
Approvals, invoices and separate wallets — the parts a finance team needs.
Move part of your USDC to Earn to receive a variable yield. You can withdraw back to your wallet, under the same approval rules as your payments.
Yield is variable and not guaranteed. You can lose money, and withdrawals depend on available liquidity. Earn is provided through third-party partners; it is not a bank deposit and is not covered by deposit protection.
Two separate wallets, each with its own verification. One rule in both: you decide who signs.
The company's own wallet: USD and EUR accounts, invoices, payments to suppliers and the team — and you deciding who approves each payment. For companies, with KYB.
Your own wallet and card, separate from the company's — nobody moves your money but you. For individuals, with an ID check.
Rules are checked before a payment is signed — not reported after the money has already gone.

We are a software company, not a bank and not an exchange. Here is the difference that matters: who can move the money.
Have questions?
Wallet software for companies and for individuals. You hold and move your own money in USDC and USDT; we provide the software, and licensed partners provide the regulated parts — USD and EUR accounts, exchange and bank payouts.
No. Numihold is wallet software. USD and EUR accounts, exchange and payouts to bank accounts are provided by licensed partners, and Numihold never holds your money.
You do. Your keys are split so that we cannot sign a transaction without you, and no complete key exists anywhere. Numihold never holds, controls or has access to client funds. Money in and out of bank accounts goes through licensed partners and follows their rules.
Registered companies, for a business wallet, and individuals, for a personal wallet. What's available depends on your country — we tell you before you upload a single document.
Our team reads your application and replies by email: we ask what we need to know about your company or about you, and tell you what's available in your country. Applying doesn't open a wallet or an account, doesn't start verification and doesn't cost anything. Verification starts only when you decide to go ahead.
Get paid to USD and EUR accounts or in stablecoins, hold USDC and USDT as separate balances in each wallet, convert, invoice clients, pay to wallets and bank accounts one by one or in batches, earn on idle USDC, and decide who can sign and up to what amount.
USDC and USDT on the major networks. Each is held as its own balance, and you can convert between them.
For a company: KYB — registration documents, the people who own and run it, and what the business does. For an individual: an ID check. It happens online, through our licensed partners, and we send you the exact list for your country before you start.
The owner decides who can prepare a payment, who must sign it and up to what amount. A payment can require more than one signature — for example, finance prepares and the owner approves. Nothing is signed until those rules are met. The roles are Owner, Admin, Approver, Initiator and Viewer.
Applying is free. We share the fees with you during onboarding, and every fee is shown before you confirm a payment.
You move part of your USDC to Earn, where it receives a variable yield through third-party partners. You can ask to withdraw back to your wallet whenever you choose; how quickly it completes depends on available liquidity, and the same approval rules apply. Yield is not guaranteed and you can lose money. Earn is not a bank deposit and is not covered by deposit protection.
It depends on where your company is registered or where you live, and on what our licensed partners support there. Apply and we'll tell you what is available for your country before you upload any documents.
Leave your details and we'll reply by email about opening your wallet.
